| Here is the before
Here is the after
Not quite what I had planned on having done but it's super cute and it can grow longer again. :)

| It is with much excitement that I would like to update y’all on how things are going with New Zealand!
Praise #1- I am at 100% of my financial support!
Praise #2- It looks like I am able to get my visa this week!
Lord willing, this means I will be going to New Zealand the first part of April. I’m thinking I will be able to leave April 3rd but I will have to confirm that with a travel agent. So, that’s my exciting news! Yea! |

| These past few weeks have been a bit of a fog as far as missions go. I know I am called to “Go” for this next season of my life, but to where? For the past year I have been planning on going to Australia but the Lord has firmly shut that door. Now He is opening it to Wanganui, New Zealand. The mist has lifted and I am excited about what I am now seeing.
Working with YFC in Wanganui looks like me organizing and running a campus ministry for middle schoolers as well as being apart of an after school drop in center for high schoolers. Both opportunities will allow me to build relationships with a consistent group of students and to do discipleship which is at the core of my heart for ministry. I anticipate this ministry to be both rewarding and challenging.
Lord willing, I will be leaving the first part of April. Wanganui is on the North island of New Zealand just a little North of Wellington the capitol city.
So there you have it! Thank you for sharing this journey with me!
Hugs, Mel |
